Useful Information on SAT
Students have to bring

There are only a few things you need to bring on test day and many things you'll be better off leaving at home.

Be sure to bring:

● Your fully charged testing device with the Bluebook™ application installed (see detailed device requirements).

● Your up-to-date admission ticket.

Acceptable photo ID.

● Pencils or pens for scratch work.

● An acceptable calculator for use on the Math section of the test (an embedded calculator will be available within Bluebook).

The full checklist can be found HERE.

*Test administration staff will collect and hold mobile phones and other prohibited electronic devices.

Students have to arrive

Students must arrive at AISV (Subačiaus str. 41) before 7:45 am.

The Test center opens at 7:30 am, and doors close at 8:00 am.

Each assessment in the digital SAT Suite has two sections: the Reading and Writing section and the Math section. In every assessment in the SAT Suite, including the SAT, students have 64  minutes to complete the Reading and Writing section and 70 minutes to complete the Math section. Each Reading and Writing module lasts 32 minutes, while each Math module lasts 35 minutes. When students complete the Reading and Writing section, they are moved to the Math section after a 10-minute break between the sections.

The total testing time for the digital SAT Suite is 2 hours and 14 minutes for each assessment

Bluebook-related information

You can run the Bluebook™ testing app on a Windows or Mac device, an iPad, or a school-managed Chromebook.

Your device must be able to connect
to Wi-Fi.

On test day, your device must be fully charged; it will need to stay on for 3–4 hours. We also recommend you bring your device’s power cord or a portable charger.

If you take an AP Exam on an iPad, you’ll need an external keyboard.

See detailed device requirements.
